Envoy is a powerful server-based software package that provides a broad set of functionality to facility and energy management staff. Envoy maintains communication links with store controllers, stores history information, provides web browser access for staff and optionally alerts staff to unexpected conditions via emal and/or pager messages.

Envoy provides a graphical operations interface that can be easily configured to suit your needs. All adminstrative an operations fucntions are available through a web browser. Typical configurations provide authorized staff members the ablity to:

  • change setpoints (one store or groups of stores)
  • change schedules (one store or groups of stores)
  • view store temperatures, status and trends
  • view store lighting status and override histories
  • override schedules and equipment commands
  • view equipment operation histories
  • view outdoor temperature and lighting histories
  • change equipment operation modes
  • define new users and roles
  • define new store groups
