The SimpleSTAT is an attractive wall-mounted unit that combines a sophisticated rooftop unit controller witih a digital thermostat. SimpleSTAT connects to rooftop units using standard thermostat connections, eliminating the cost and maintenance hassles of having controls mounted in rooftop units. SimpleSTAT connects to the eSC using standard RS-485 BACnet.
SimpletSTAT includes a low-profile slider that can optionally be programmed to adjust the set point up to + - 5 degrees. The SimpleSTAT can be powered directly from the RTU or from a separate power suppy. Spare inputs allow for the addtion of sensors enabling more sohpisticated control and diagnostics.
